Now I've seen all the pictures :) We've been in opposite directions. Fort Pauhlin and Majunga is something I didn't see. I wanted to go to Majunga on the last week, but I was already sick and tired of Madagascar. The worst vazaspotting and hassling is in the central Mdagascar which you luckily skipped.
