And now, the afternoon walk.
On our afternoon walk we saw more ringtails, red-fronted lemurs,


Verreaux’s sifaka,






A mom!

and sleepy white-footed sportive lemurs.




We also saw hissing cockroaches (our Madagascar exhibit is going to have a pass-through tree infested with them – can’t say I’m looking forward to that),

various bird and reptile life,
Madagascar magpie robin:

Another chameleon:

a snake skeleton:
and owls! White-browed owls, to be exact.




Next post, the sisal factory, ostriches and our night walk.
